A host sets the venue and date to match their reservation, then shares the QR. Every guest who scans it can send a bottle, no invitation required beyond the code itself. Sends close 12 hours ahead of time. Venues prepare in advance, not on the fly.

Confirmed once the venue closes out for the night, the same as any bar tab. If something's declined or off, that's how you'll find out, usually within 12 hours. More than one bottle in a night combines into a single total, within 24.

The venue keeps its full standard on every bottle. The platform never touches inventory or pricing.
