Someone sends a bottle from the venue's own inventory to a guest — at a table, a stay, a cabana, or a celebration. Without ever revealing the guest's timing or location, the sender learns the outcome 48 hours after their chosen window closes.

The Structure

Inventory, pricing, presentation, service, compliance. The team decides how and when. The venue sells and serves the bottle.

Sender

Recipient name, validity window, bottle or price tier, optional message. Sees nothing about the guest's visit.

Guest

Accepts or declines privately. No notification to the sender. No record visible to other guests.

How Sending Works

Private Send

A surprise for a guest who isn't expecting it

The sender sets a validity window — a night, a stay, a weekend. The venue's team presents the bottle at the right moment, as a normal gifting gesture. If the window closes without an accept, the offer simply expires.

The sender receives · 48 hours after the window closes

Completed or Incomplete

A quiet decline, a no-show, an expired window — all simply read as incomplete, and the sender is refunded automatically.

Open Invitation

A host invites bottles to their own celebration

A host shares a link or QR code for a celebration, and guests contribute bottles from the venue's inventory. No privacy layer — the host is inviting it.

The sender receives

Immediate confirmation

Same inventory, same service, same control. The privacy layer — and when the sender is confirmed — is all that changes.
